Therefore, we've developed policies that offer flexibility in cancellations and prioritize the well-being of our dedicated employees during inclement weather. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reduction of work required made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of $30. Cancellations made via email to hydroweedplus@gmail.com sooner than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
Inclement Weather Policy
To maintain safety, in the event of weather disturbances (lightening/hail), equipment will immediately shut down. If disturbance is projected to last more than 60min work will be terminated for the day. Services rendered will be billed and a new appointment will be scheduled to finish work required. If required additional mileage will be billable.
