Policies

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service with respect for your time, property, and the environment. To help us serve you better, please review the following policies:

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or reduced with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $30 fee.

  • To avoid this, please email hydroweedplus@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or cancellations at the time of arrival may be subject to additional travel charges.

Inclement Weather

  • For safety reasons, all work is paused immediately during severe weather such as lightning or hail.

  • If unsafe conditions are expected to last more than 60 minutes, the visit will be rescheduled.

  • Services already completed will be billed, and a follow-up appointment will be arranged to finish any remaining work. Additional mileage may be billed if needed.

Site Access

  • Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the work area on the scheduled service date.

  • If access is blocked or significantly restricted (e.g., by construction, locked gates, vehicles, or other service providers), the visit may be cancelled or delayed, and a $30 access issue fee may apply.

 Property Conditions

  • Please clear pet waste, toys, or hazards from the work area prior to service.

  • If the site is unsafe or unsanitary, Hydro Weed Plus reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service. A minimum fee may still apply.

Billing and Payment

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged.

  • Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 14 days.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the results. If you have any concerns about the service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address them promptly.
